Position: Mechanical Technician at BGIS
Shape facility operations with BGIS as a Mechanical Technician III focused on maintenance and troubleshooting within diverse environments. Your expertise will ensure uptime and safety on-site.

BGIS seeks a skilled Mechanical Technician III with at least three years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. You’ll manage mechanical systems and equip facilities to optimize performance while adhering to health and safety regulations. Your insights will enhance client relations and uphold service quality standards throughout your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot facility mechanical and electrical systems

• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance

• Respond to service requests timely and effectively

• Manage the work order lifecycle and documentation

• Assist in the implementation of preventative maintenance programs

Requirements:

• High school diploma with trades certification

• Minimum 3 years in HVAC or similar systems

• Knowledge of building automation systems

• Strong client-service orientation

• Valid driver’s license and ability to work shifts
