As a Licensed Millwright at Kingspan Insulated Panels North America, you will oversee mechanical maintenance, perform equipment repairs, and ensure efficient operations in a manufacturing environment. You’ll work collaboratively during the 2nd shift, focusing on preventative maintenance and immediate troubleshooting, while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment issues
• Coordinate with the operations team to minimize downtime
• Provide timely feedback to supervisors regarding equipment concerns
• Support installation and maintenance projects as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft applications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
