Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm We are currently recruiting for a reliable Fabric Engineer to join a major Facilities Management company on a static commercial site in the OX11 area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a multi-skilled building maintenance background seeking stability, structured progression, and the benefits of working within a professional commercial environment.

The Role Carry out planned preventative maintenance across site fabric Complete reactive repairs and general upkeep tasks Basic carpentry, painting, patch plastering, and minor plumbing Door, lock, flooring, and ceiling tile repairs Assist with site inspections and compliance tasks Liaise with site teams and maintain accurate job reporting Participate in a call-out rota as required Whats on Offer Salary £32,000 per annum Monday Friday working pattern (85) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Private healthcare Training and progression opportunities Subsidised on-site canteen Free parking on site Stable role within a major FM organisation About You

Experience with in commercial building maintenance or fabric roles Multi-skilled hands-on approach to general repairs Good problem-solving and organisational skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills Full UK driving licence desirable Interested?
