Multi Skilled Operative

Your new company
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman to work on a busy social housing maintenance and refurbishment contract across Bolton.

This is a temporary position offering ongoing work for the right candidate, carrying out repairs and maintenance within both tenanted and void properties.
Your new role

• Basic joinery repairs and maintenance
• Patch plastering and making good
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Painting and decorating touch-ups
• General maintenance and multi-trade works
• Reactive and planned maintenance tasks
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard within agreed timescales
• Working professionally within occupied social housing properties

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a multi-trade role
• Strong skills across a range of trades including joinery, plastering, plumbing, and general repairs
• Experience working within social housing environments
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own tools
