Position: Flight Operation Assistant (m/f/d)
Sky Alps, a rapidly growing company in the regional aviation sector based in Bolzano, is looking for a Flight Operation Assistant (m/f/d)  to join its team.

Main responsibilities:

Entering and updating operational data in the flight management system;
Supporting the preparation of documentation required for flight operations;
Collaborating with various operational departments;
Handling basic administrative tasks and document archiving;
Checking and verifying flight data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Ideal profile:
Preferably at least two years of experience in a similar role within the aviation industry;
Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook;
Fluent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken;
Precision, patience, and attention to detail;
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate diplomatically and courteously with different stakeholders;
Team spirit, initiative, and eagerness to learn;
Residence in nearby areas or willingness to relocate.
