The Learning Experience is looking for a passionate Center Director to lead our Bon Air school. We're seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, heart, and strong leadership skills to create a culture where children thrive, teachers grow, and families feel at home.

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
• Ensure licensing compliance and maintain a safe, welcoming environment
• Drive enrollment growth through tours, community partnerships, and family engagement
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, payroll, and financial performance
• Support teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum and creating meaningful learning experiences

• Have at least 1 year of childcare center leadership experience (2+ years preferred)
• Understand Virginia licensing regulations and center operations
• Hold (or qualify for) Virginia Director credentials
• Have a passion for early childhood education and team development
• Bring a bubbly, positive, can‑do attitude that inspires others
• Love celebrating successes, building relationships, and creating memorable experiences for families and staff
