Applicants must be at least 15 years old before their first day of employment.

Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus, but not required.

Sales associates should be friendly, outgoing, and ready to greet customers warmly while helping them find and select merchandise. Responsibilities also include restocking shelves, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting with filing and data entry tasks when needed.

• Flexible availability, with the ability to work 5–30 hours per week during the off-season and up to 40 hours per week during peak season
• Availability for some evenings and weekends
• Dependable with strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to lift 25 pounds or more and stand or walk for extended periods
