- Multiple shifts available:
Day, swing, and overnight - Competitive pay: $17-18.50/hr + $5.09/hr Health & Wellness benefits
- Support Veterans in a structured, therapeutic residential setting
- Monitor resident safety, perform rounding, and document status
- Report changes to clinical staff and assist with resident intake/discharge
- Lead or assist in group therapy and recreational activities
- Maintain unit organization and infection control standards
- Work closely with nursing and behavioral health teams
- Overnight (Sun–Thurs): 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM
- Day/Evening (Tues–Sat): 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Weekend and holiday shifts required
- High school diploma
- Willingness to obtain BLS certification after hire
- Ability to communicate, follow protocols, and complete training
- References (including one supervisor).
- Bilingual and prior patient experience a plus!
