Position SummaryThis position oversees the adult mental health case managers and program oversight for the adult mental health program which also includes PASRR, Peer Support Specialists, and the Residential facilities. The AMH Program manager also provides some direct care services to individuals and excels in advocating for and assisting TCC clients in coping with crisis situations and with admission into services. AMH Program Manager develops and implements HHSC/TAC approved training methodologies for TCC employees, monitors and evaluates Adult Mental Health service documentation submitted by QMHP staff to ensure all HHSC and CMS requirements are met or exceeded.
Assists Program Director with community outreach and trainings when necessary. Provides training, support and oversight for Adult Mental Health Case Managers, as well as perform necessary duties in the event of employee absence and/or transition Assists Program Director with meeting or exceeding performance measures. Other duties as requested and authorized by Program Director in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center.
Operates under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care which align with CCBHC standards.
Education and/or Experience
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Counseling required
- Two years (2) leadership experience preferred
- Current driver’s license and vehicle for use while at work
- Current license as an LPHA (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) required
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively to maintain good working relationships with staff and providers
- Working knowledge in Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Staff Coordination and/or continuous quality improvement philosophies and principles is preferred
