Recruiting Coordinator

We're looking for an organized, people-focused HR Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts. In this role, you’ll help coordinate the hiring process as follows:

Posting jobs and tracking candidates

Scheduling interviews & communicating with applicants

Assisting with offers

Supporting a smooth onboarding experience.

Other HR related duties as assigned.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to help attract great talent, create positive candidate experience, and keep recruiting activities running efficiently and compliantly. Your Strengths Friendly, personable, and outgoing personality.
0-1 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or a related administrative role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles, candidates, and schedules simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a people first mindset.

High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort learning new systems quickly.
