- Completes all periodic machine maintenance as detailed on the Preventive Maintenance Checklist.
- Accurately interprets pertinent data that is contained on the Blueprint and Traveler and applies it to the task being performed.
- Configures and sets-up the brake press according to the specifications on the Set‑Up Sheet.
- Locates, pulls, and installs the proper tooling as per the Set‑Up Sheet.
- Set‑up the brake press, paying particular attention to the requirements and specifications of the blueprint.
- Bends parts according to the print specifications, stopping after the first part is completed for the required first part:
