The work can be physically demanding and involves handling chemicals, operating equipment, and working in varying temperatures throughout the year.
** What We Do
*** Operate production, packaging, labeling, and processing equipment
* Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
* Handle chemicals and raw materials safely
* Monitor product quality and report issues immediately
* Maintain production records and documentation
* Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready
* Assist teammates and support overall production goals
* Identify problems and communicate concerns proactively
* Support continuous improvement efforts

** Qualifications
* ** High School Diploma or GED preferred
* Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
* Forklift experience is a plus
* Ability to safely perform physical job duties
** Education**- High school diploma or GED- 0-3 years’ experience in the field or a related area
** Pay:** $16.00 Hourly
