TMC Bonham Hospital is a 25‑bed critical access hospital that includes primary care and specialty physicians. It offers inpatient and outpatient services, 24‑hour emergency care, and is part of Texoma Medical Center, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS).

The basic purpose of nursing is to provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Nursing will also provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care form the foundation for all nursing care and a commitment to Service Excellence is required.

• Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
• One year full‑time experience in an acute care setting required.
• RQI BLS and ACLS required. BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines and all required Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Healthcare Provider courses will be provided during new hire orientation.
• Must successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
• Must be able to identify and competently address needs of populations served.
