Job Description:
In this position, you would be responsible for shaping the overall IT strategy, project execution, and service delivery for our Service Now platform. You’ll oversee application delivery services, drive enhancements, and define roadmaps while ensuring reliable solutions that align with business needs.
Key Highlights of the Role- Own and drive the Service Now product vision, roadmap, and delivery.
- Lead platform planning, development, deployment, and integrations.
- Implement enhancements that improve productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with IT and business leaders in an Agile environment.
- Manage and mentor a team of employees and contractors.
- 5+ years of experience leading Service Now implementations or ITSM tools.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM modules within Service Now.
- Experience with Agile project management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
