RN Medication Management Home Health

Vi Living seeks a compassionate RN to provide part-time medication management and nursing care to residents in their homes within our luxury senior living community. Responsibilities include safe administration and documentation of medications, monitoring resident status, performing assessments, and coordinating with physicians, pharmacists, and the interdisciplinary team. The RN will educate residents and families on medication regimens, support chronic disease management, and promptly address changes in condition.
