PGA TOUR Superstore - - Bonita - Responsibilities:
Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors;
Seek out and engage Customers throughout the Soft Goods areas (Men's and Women's Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, and Fitting Rooms);
Maintain a working knowledge of Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, loyalty programs, discounts, promotions, coupons, etc.;
Keep Soft Goods areas merchandise presence at a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales and the Customer experience;
Provide consistent feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational and merchandising opportunities to maintain the best-in-class experience for Customers
