About the RoleCenturion is the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections. We are looking for a full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Eastern Reception and Diagnostic Correctional Center in Bonne Terre, Missouri.
ResponsibilitiesThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, and responding to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Qualifications- Missouri LPN license
- IV certification required
- Current CPR certification
- Corrections experience not required
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check
