Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Technical Support position located in Bonney Lake, WA. The responsibilities include assisting customers with technical inquiries, providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction, and managing customer interactions over the phone and in person. The role involves resolving customer concerns, maintaining a positive customer experience, and addressing technical issues promptly.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong skills in Customer Experience management and Phone Etiquette
- Ability to identify and resolve technical and non-technical customer concerns effectively
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Experience in the automotive industry or related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in customer service is beneficial
