* Qualifications:

*** Licensed to practice as a
** Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
*** One to two years of appropriate experience as a
** Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)**. Community/home health experience is preferred.
* Possesses and maintains current BLS certification.
