Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders/Fabricators for projects located in the Bonney Lake, WA area
. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $32/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder/Fabricator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
- Perform fabrication, fitting, and welding on a variety of metal materials
- Grind, cut, measure, and prepare materials for fabrication
- Perform wire-feed (MIG), stick (SMAW), and flux-core (FCAW) welding
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
- Operate grinders, cutting equipment, and other fabrication tools
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Previous experience as a Welder/Fabricator
- Proficient in MIG (wire-feed), Stick, and Flux-Core welding
- Experience welding a variety of metals
- Strong measuring, cutting, and grinding skills
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
