You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. Responsibilities include cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, delivering great customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect your crew to do the same.

In addition to the above responsibilities, all store team members will:

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co‑workers.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions / Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.

In‑store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler, hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Visual and auditory demands include talking and hearing on telephone, near and mid‑range vision for most tasks, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperamental demands include directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working alone and with others, working under stress, meeting strict quality control standards, dealing with people, analyzing and compiling data, and making judgments and decisions.

• Standing for most tasks; walking on ceramic tile or linoleum; walking short distances; sitting for paperwork; lifting up to 50 pounds; carrying items up to 30 pounds; pushing/pulling trays; climbing stairs or ladders; bending, stooping, crouching, squatting; reaching above 72 inches; hand‑task coordination.

• Carry pizzas, sides and beverages while walking and climbing duties.
• Deliver pizzas within designated delivery area, making several deliveries per shift.
• Travel between store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations; navigate multiple flights of stairs during delivery.
