Compensation

Pay Range: $17.13–$23.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses or premiums paid at specific rates per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

• Greet customers on the sales floor; assist in locating merchandise or direct them to the parts specialist.
• Check out customers and deter shoplifters.
• Maintain front area stocked, fronted, and display floor fronted, full, and clean on a daily basis.
• Stock merchandise according to planograms or displays; complete sales preparation.
• Make display changes per company guidelines and planograms.
• Execute all out‑front price changes and ensure “sale” signs and sales flyer rack are stocked.
• Remove all sale material when a sale ends and restore original pricing.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Collaborate with the manager to complete the store To‑Do List and team weekly tasks.
• Serve as main shop‑lifting deterrent and front‑floor security.
• Assist with O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
• Clock in/out according to company policy.
• As a cashier, check out customers purchasing front‑floor merchandise quickly and friendly.
• Handle merchandise returns in a friendly and efficient manner.
• When the express lane is not in use and the counter is busy, assist customers with ticketing, cash, checks, and credit cards.
• Preferably bilingual;
  Spanish highly desired.

• Good aptitude for handling number sequences.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Previous cashier and/or stocking experience desirable.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
