In your role, you’ll collaborate directly with a virtual SLP supervisor and help manage a caseload of approximately 30 students at a single school site. This setting allows for focused impact, while virtual oversight offers exposure to innovative practices in supervision and communication. DesiredQualifications:
- Active SLPA license (Washington State or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in school-based settings or pediatrics preferred
- Strong communication skills, comfortable working with virtual supervision
- Adaptability and a collaborative mindset
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a remote SLP
- Document student progress and intervention outcomes
- Coordinate with staff and families to support student IEPs
- Foster a positive learning environment for all students
