Position Details
We’re hiring a Waste Remedy Agent Trainee (Box Truck Driver & Waste Sorter) to join our Puget Sound Team. This independent, physical role starts at $23.00‑$26.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional earnings based on recycling recovery efforts. The position requires approximately 30–35 hours per week with potential growth.
Schedule- Approximately 30–35 hours per week to start
- Start time: 4:00 AM, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Navigate daily routes in a company‑provided box truck
- Sort trash and recycling, clean enclosures, and handle furniture or appliances
- Lift and maneuver items weighing up to 150 pounds
- Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of relevant driving experience
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments
- Reliable attendance and communication
- Competitive Pay: $23.00–$26.00 per hour with bonus opportunities tied to recycling efforts
- PTO accrual, eligible for use after 90 days

- Driving risk analysis by insurer
- Motor Vehicle Report to confirm a safe driving record
