Position: Box Truck Driver & Waste Sorter | Waste Remedy Agent (Trainee)

Position Details

We’re hiring a Waste Remedy Agent Trainee (Box Truck Driver & Waste Sorter) to join our Puget Sound Team. This independent, physical role starts at $23.00‑$26.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional earnings based on recycling recovery efforts. The position requires approximately 30–35 hours per week with potential growth.

Schedule
  • Approximately 30–35 hours per week to start
  • Start time: 4:00 AM, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Responsibilities
  • Navigate daily routes in a company‑provided box truck
  • Sort trash and recycling, clean enclosures, and handle furniture or appliances
  • Lift and maneuver items weighing up to 150 pounds
Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of relevant driving experience
  • Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments
  • Reliable attendance and communication
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive Pay: $23.00–$26.00 per hour with bonus opportunities tied to recycling efforts
  • PTO accrual, eligible for use after 90 days
  • 401(k) plan after 180 days
