Job Summary

The Welder fabricates and assembles metal components using MIG, TIG, and other welding methods. This role requires producing strong, accurate welds, reading blueprints, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and related techniques
  • Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings
  • Prepare materials and ensure clean, precise welds
  • Operate welding machines, tools, and measuring equipment
  • Inspect welds for quality and safety compliance
  • Maintain equipment and follow all safety procedures
  • Support team production goals and assist with general fabrication tasks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred
  • Welding experience in manufacturing or production
  • Ability to read blueprints and use welding tools and measuring instruments
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
