Nextaff is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for multiple long-term care facilities throughout Iowa! We have several contract opportunities available with flexible shift options, consistent schedules, and immediate starts.

Potential Overtime at Select Locations
ResponsibilitiesProvide quality nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
QualificationsCurrent Iowa RN or LPN license (RN required for select openings).
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Long-term care experience preferred.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
