Competitive Pay

Registered Nurse (RN): $44–$58 per hour. Pay is based on experience, shift, facility, assignment, and contract terms. Higher rates may be available for nights, weekends, holidays, or hard-to-fill locations.

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
• Complete nursing assessments and monitor resident health.
• Administer medications, IV therapy (where applicable), and physician-ordered treatments.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition.
• Maintain accurate electronic and written medical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Iowa nursing regulations and facility policies.

• Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or nursing home experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
