EOW and every other holiday

Assignment Details: 12 to 13 weeks, ASAP start

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, assessing and implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management strategies.
