Active Iowa or Compact RN license required. Recent Operating Room RN experience required. Strong perioperative nursing, surgical patient safety, and sterile technique experience required. Experience circulating surgical cases required; scrub experience preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia, surgical technologists, and perioperative staff. Must be comfortable participating in the required on-call rotation.
