- Oversee operations of the kitchen and delivery crew.
- Receive customer orders over the phone, internet, and in‑store.
- Prepare and cook customer orders in accordance with Domino’s procedures and standards.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and inventory: cleaning/maintaining cleanliness, stocking & rotating product, proofing dough, etc.
- Perform administrative duties: inventory, food ordering, scheduling, running computer reports, entering operations evaluations, handling customer concerns, closing and opening the store, and additional clerical tasks.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds with good mobility.
- Team‑playing and cooperative.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Consent to a background check.
- Ability to stand for entire shift.
- No education restrictions.
- 1 year Food Service Management required.
- Serve Safe certification preferred.
- Starting wage based on experience and skill level ($16‑18+).

As Assistant Manager (MIT), you will help oversee daily operations while ensuring exceptional food service and hospitality management. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will utilize your core skills in staff training, team management, inventory control, and POS systems to enhance operational efficiency. You will focus on customer service and communication and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This position is ideal for individuals eager to grow in the food service industry, with only moderate experience required.
