Warehouse Associate

Patterson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement operations in the Warehouse & Manufacturing department. In this role, you will receive, pick, pack, and ship dental and animal health products with a focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency. You'll operate material-handling equipment, use RF scanners to track inventory, and help maintain a clean, organized warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming dental and animal health products
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely shipment
• Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely
• Use RF scanners or WMS to track and update inventory movements
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times
• Keep warehouse aisles, work areas, and storage locations organized
• Assist with cycle counts, stock rotation, and replenishment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes
