Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Field Finance Coordinator to join our team in Boone, NC
. In this role, you will initiate payment requests for U.S. Rebuild Field Offices, administer day-to-day financial correspondence, and complete additional administrative duties for the Field Finance team.

• Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
• Enter daily purchasing card and petty cash account transactions on the related Serenic import sheets; submit import sheets monthly for U.S. Rebuild.
• Review purchasing card usage reports and provide day‑to‑day receipt reconciliation of the P‑Card program for assigned U.S. Rebuild site.
• Collect and submit vendor ACH Request Form and W‑9 for new vendor setup.
• Coordinate with vendors and initiate invoice payment processes per departmental policies; complete the processing of invoices promptly within Ministry guidelines.
• Ensure that invoices and p‑card purchases are accurately coded for expense tracking.
• Associate's degree and one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General knowledge of basic accounting concepts including budgeting and proper coding provided a chart of accounts.
• General knowledge of mathematical concepts including the ability to calculate discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Twelve credit hours of college‑level Biblical Studies preferred, not required.
