Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8am – 5pm (flexible within availability)

Hours per week: 20–40, 5 months per year

• Utilize office technology and maintain a professional disposition.
• Manage general office duties such as preparing documents, updating electronic files, and distributing office mail.
• Greet visitors, make and answer calls with professional phone etiquette.
• Respond to emails and perform other assigned administrative duties.

• Graduation from high school.
• Experience in customer service and/or office environment with administrative responsibilities.

• Completion of a two- to four‑year degree program in business, finance, or a related field.
• At least one year of professional experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Previous utility experience (a plus).
