Watauga County Board of Elections seeks temporary Election Officials/Office Clerks to support election activities. Duties include secretarial tasks, public communication, and lifting voting equipment up to 25 pounds. High school graduation and basic computer skills preferred; must be a registered voter in Watauga County with a background check.
Position runs from late September until after the 2026 Election; some weekend work may be required. Salary is $15 per hour with no benefits.
