• Ideally, you bring a rolodex of wellness presenter and group contacts you've cultivated
• Fluent in using AI to support research

• Research, vet, and recruit inspiring presenters for workshops, trainings, and transformative events
• Cultivate group rental opportunities that align with our mission
• Book transformative programs that fulfill our mission and support the center's financial health
• Build lasting relationships with presenters, groups, and partners through authentic engagement
• Negotiate contracts and manage the full cycle from prospecting to program execution
• Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to mindful living

Experience in wellness programming, strong sales and negotiation skills, proven relationship management abilities, and familiarity with the wellness/personal growth landscape.
