Second shift. Typically 5 pm - 12 am. Weekends and holidays are required.

Are you calm under pressure, organized, and great with people—even during emotional situations? Animal Emergency Clinic is looking for a compassionate and professional Part-Time Client Service Representative to join our busy 24/7 emergency veterinary team.

As one of the first points of contact for our clients and patients, you'll play an essential role in helping the clinic run smoothly while supporting pet owners during some of the most stressful moments they may experience. This position primarily works evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, when compassionate and dependable client support matters most.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a first point of contact for clients and patients arriving at the clinic
  • Greet clients and check patients in and out efficiently and professionally
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls
  • Process payments and accurately handle cash and credit transactions
  • Enter and manage client and patient information in the clinic's computer system
  • Scan, organize, and maintain medical documents
  • Communicate closely with doctors and veterinary technicians on the clinic floor
  • Help keep front-desk operations organized and running smoothly
  • Provide calm, compassionate support to pet owners during stressful and emotional situations
  • Collaborate with the medical team to help create a supportive experience for every client and patient
