As a Service Ambassador, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional resident experiences by providing outstanding customer service, support, and engagement opportunities. • Greet and assist residents, guests, and families with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to resident needs and concerns
• Actively engage with residents through various activities, events, and programs to maintain a sense of community
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall resident satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to resident activities and feedback
• Consistently uphold our community's values and mission

• 0-6 months of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post-secondary education in a related field preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
