Individual must have an Associate's degree or 48 semester hours toward a four‑year degree, or must have completed the 96‑hour Teacher Assistant Institute and passed Work Keys testing prior to employment. Experience working with individuals with special needs is preferred but not required. CDL with S and P endorsements is preferred but not required. The assistant will work in a classroom setting with students with special needs.
