Part Time Special Faculty of Marketing - Boone
The Marketing & Supply Chain Management Department at Appalachian State University offers this part‑time position for teaching in the areas of Digital Marketing, General Marketing, and Professional Selling. The role is located on the Boone campus and is semester‑to‑semester.
Essential Job FunctionsThe successful candidate will provide instruction in the specified subject areas, maintain a teaching load of up to six credit hours per semester, and participate in curriculum development. Faculty members are also expected to contribute to service activities including alumni relations, student recruiting, and other departmental responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications• Master’s Degree in Marketing or MBA
Preferred QualificationsThe department particularly seeks candidates with teaching interests in one or more of the following areas:
Digital Marketing, General Marketing, and/or Professional Selling. Experience in curriculum development and engagement in service activities is also valued.
