Blue Ridge Mountain Club, managed by CAMS, is looking for a part‑time Financial Analyst.

• Analyze financial data and trends to support business decision‑making
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor company performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Support month‑end and quarter‑end close processes
• Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather financial insights
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain financial records

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• 1–3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of GAAP or financial reporting standards
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

• Hourly rate: $50 per hour
