** Overview
* *** Job Summary
** Performs non-blood and blood specimen collection, specimen handling/routine processing and clerical duties associated with specimen collection.
** Job Responsibilities
*** Perform phlebotomy, positive patient identification, and positive patient interaction, proper collection and specimen integrity.
* Coordinates a simultaneous series of tasks accurately, including STAT orders and fluctuation in workload, prioritizing work to complete within scheduled hours and established turnaround times.
* Interacts with lab, clinical and other ancillary departments.
* Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.
** Minimum Qualifications
*** High School Diploma or GED
* No Experience
* No Supervisor Experience
** Preferred Qualifications*** < 2 Years’ Experience* < 2 Years’ Supervisor Experience
