Presence, a digital marketing and web development agency, is seeking a Healthcare & Medical Services Specialist to support our healthcare and medical industry clients. In this remote North Carolina role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to help providers and organizations strengthen their online presence through data-informed digital strategies. You'll translate healthcare and medical services needs into actionable digital solutions, support content and campaigns, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
- Partner with healthcare and medical services clients in North Carolina and beyond to understand clinical and operational workflows and map them to Presence's software capabilities.
- Lead remote discovery, requirements-gathering, and design sessions with clinical, administrative, and IT stakeholders to define solution configurations and success criteria.
- Configure, test, and refine Presence's communication and productivity tools to support secure messaging, collaboration, and care coordination in healthcare settings.
- Plan and execute customer onboarding, including training materials, virtual training sessions, and go-live support for diverse healthcare user groups.
- Monitor adoption, engagement, and performance metrics; identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to workflows, configurations, or training approaches.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on best practices for using Presence within healthcare and medical services environments, including considerations for compliance and patient privacy.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate user feedback, workflow requirements, and enhancement ideas that improve usability and clinical relevance.
- Document solution designs, configurations, and customer-specific processes to ensure consistency, supportability, and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot issues related to workflow, configuration, and user experience, coordinating with technical teams when needed to resolve more complex problems.
- Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives, playbooks, and reusable assets that enhance implementation quality and speed for healthcare clients.
