The individual serving in this role is responsible for coordinating the production and distribution of correspondence from the President and the President's Office to key donors in response to their specific gifts, helping to strengthen donor relationships and further support Samaritan's Purse mission of spreading the Gospel.

In the role of Key Donor Response Coordinator
,you will have the opportunity to:

Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.

Implement, coordinate, and provide quality assurance for time-sensitive correspondence to key supporters in relation to their specific gifts to Samaritan's Purse and BGEA.

Maintain a working knowledge of the ministry donor database and systems, including data entry, account maintenance, and report processing. Assist with coordinating the special donor list. Request documentation and follow up with other departments as needed to resolve donor-related issues.

Assist with quality checking and updating key donor data files and reports as needed. Serve as backup for the Key Donor Assistant and provide back-up general administrative support for the office as needed.

Attend daily morning devotions and participate in prayer support for the ministry, donors, and volunteers.

Maintain a strong Christian witness to colleagues, volunteers, vendors, charitable beneficiaries, and the general public within the workplace, in the community, and before the general public. Reflect Godly character by conducting activities in a manner consistent with the Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, Christian Code of Conduct, Statement of Fidelity to the Holy Scriptures, and Distinct Objectives.

What are the qualifications?

As a qualified candidate, you will have the following skills and experience:

High school diploma or general education degree and one (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine correspondence.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.

Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
