Shift: Nights, 3×12-Hour (19:00–07:00)
Duration: 13 weeks

Hourly Breakdown:
Total Hourly Pay Rate: $61.00/hr
W2 (Taxable): $18.00/hr
Stipend (Non-Taxable): $43.00/hr
OT Rate (W2): $27.00/hr
Weekly Breakdown:
Weekly Gross: $2,196.00
W2 (Taxable): $648.00
Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,548.00
Watauga Medical Center is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week night assignment. The home unit will be ICU, with required floating to IMCU and Med/Surg based on patient volume.
Schedule & FloatingShift: 3×12 nights (6:45 PM–7:15 AM)
Weekends:
Up to 2 per monthFloat: ICU → IMCU & Med/Surg (in rotation with staff)
Must be highly flexible with floating
2 years ICU experience
Active North Carolina or Compact RN license
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS
Epic proficiency required
Must be comfortable caring for occasional pediatric patients

ICU patient ratio: 1:2 (varies if floating)
