GHR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a 13‑week assignment in Boone, North Carolina.

• Shift: 4x10‑hour day shifts (07:00‑17:00), Monday‑Friday
• Employment Type: Travel
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,370‑$2,500
• Scrub Colors: All navy or all white
• Location: Boone, NC 28607 (Blue Ridge Mountains)

• Active NC or Multistate RN license, current and valid for contract duration
• Minimum 2 years recent Cath Lab circulating RN experience; PCI preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Moderate sedation skills and experience administering/monitoring sedation
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Previous travel nursing experience required (Cath Lab background)
• COVID‑19 vaccination required (exemptions considered)
• Must reside at least 40 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Circulate, assist and anticipate needs during Cath Lab procedures (angiography, PCI, stent placement).
• Administer moderate sedation, monitor patient responses, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
• Document care, procedural details and medication administration accurately in EPIC EMR.
• Collaborate with interventional cardiologists, technologists and the interdisciplinary cardiac care team.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as required and maintain readiness for urgent procedures.
• Adhere to facility policies, infection control standards and Cath Lab safety protocols.
