Licensed Practical Nurse – Home Health in Lenoir, NC.
Coverage area:
Watauga County.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 8:00‑5:00.
Sign‑on bonus: $5,000.

• Provide 1:1 care for clients following their plan of care at all times while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed per the client’s plan of care and assess results.
• Accurately document nursing actions, communicate with family, case manager, and physicians, and document progress toward established goals, informing providers of changes in medical condition and needs.
• Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are always on hand.
• Ensure all patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions.

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and state of residence.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance.
• CPR professional certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.
