Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the store during shifts and ensuring all company standards and policies are upheld. Key duties include:
- Leading and motivating team members
- Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
- Completing required paperwork
- Managing food and labor cost controls
- Handling cash control and financial transactions
- Scheduling work and maintaining shift attendance
- Maintaining store appearance and cleanliness
- Implementing marketing initiatives
- Driving profitability and overall performance
- Natural leader
- Customer service oriented
- Enjoy working with a team
- Positive outgoing attitude
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, non‑boring environment
- Pizza experience preferred or prior restaurant work
- Must pass a standard background check
- 40‑hour scheduled work week
- Two days off per week

- Starting pay $15 per hour
- Daily tips paid out (approximately $3+ per hour)
