Zone Team Leader

Ollie's Bargain Outlet -  - Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and direction for the successful operation of a designated zone of the store sales floor;
Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Ensure store standards, Ops Center compliance, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations;
Oversee Door to Floor process to ensure proper planning, receiving, and stocking of merchandise;
Supervise associates in the assigned zone and assign daily tasks;
Maintain customer service standards and ensure effective scheduling and staffing for unloading/processing merchandise;
Communicate company directives to store associates and ensure timely follow-up items;
Perform opening and closing duties as needed
