Retail key carrier

Home Goods, a leader in the manufacturing and retail of quality home products, is seeking a Retail Key Carrier to support daily store operations. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted opening and closing associate, ensuring store security, accurate cash handling, and adherence to company policies. You'll provide friendly, efficient customer service, support merchandising and freight processing, and help maintain a clean, organized store.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as a trusted key holder
• Ensure loss prevention and security procedures are followed
• Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor
• Operate POS system and handle cash accurately
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and inventory rotation
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and backroom areas
• Support freight processing and product placement
• Resolve basic customer issues or escalate when needed
• Assist with training and guiding team members during shifts
• Communicate store issues and opportunities to management
