Shift: Hiring for all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd); weekends and holidays required.

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at the front desk including people or property and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Minimum one year of security experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• High school diploma or GED.
• NC PPSB security license.
• Clear pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, complete foot patrols, walk up and down stairs, and work in inclement weather.

• Bi‑lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required.
